Sorry to start a thread about this but does anyone know if there is an order tracker or something similar on the vodafone website? Im sure I saw it the other day but now I cant find it!!

Cheers

Its just an order number what they have given me at the moment not a consignment number, im positive that I saw a tracking page the other day though  Weird

is it an online order? if you go to www.vodafone.co.uk, select 'contact us' then 'email', quoting the number then a member of our email department will be able to speak to our sales response team on your behalf. (also leave the short code FIT135 in the body of your email - this will route you through to someone who'll be able to help)

Out of interest why do you keep asking people to place that short code when contacting vodafone via email? I have seen you on another forum as well asking to do the same

As Kappa says, Vodafone have an emailing customer services department and the code helps to distinguish which 'questions' have been picked up on internet forums. Vodafone do have a team who monitor internet messageboards. The code is used when a question involves account specific information (e.g. maybe a billing issue, or a delivery). General questions (e.g. phone settings, manual roams, network unlock codes etc) can usually be dealt with on an internet messageboard without viewing account specific, personal details, so no code is needed. Any questions please let me know :)
