I need to replace my swiftech apogee (orig) block as my liquid metal paste seems to have corroded it.

I'm looking at the Apogee GTX or D-TEC fuzion which have 1/2 inch barbs, will these fit into the standard Swiftech Apex kit tubing (7/16"?) or will I have to replace the tubing ?

You may find that soaking the ends of the tubing in bioling water help ease them over the barbs and then it will shrink when cooled to create a perfect seal. I have to take my 7/16ths tubing off with a razor blade now :D

It depends on the barbs how tight 7/16th is. Masterkeer over Fuzion barbs becomes loose over a short period time. I got a Y peice from someone with some tubing still on who just cut the tubing rather take it off. Move the tubing side to side and it comes off easy enough. No need for razor blades...pfft. :p

If you get the Fuzion then also order its new nozzle kit too. It's only an extra 4 quid.

Another quicky...

While im draining my loop I think ill replace my swiftech 120.2 rad with a Thermochill PA 120.3.

Do these come with a cage to mount the rad onto the back of my case like the swiftechs ?

If not, will the swiftech cage work ?
