Quick WD Raptor X question

I'm just building my new system atm and saw that my Western Digital Raptor X has both a molex and a sata power connector. 'Scuse the noob question but; do you connect both?

No, only use one or other.

Normally drives have a warning about this printed on them, I know my Hitachis do.
