My new PC has finaly turned up at work.
No mouse, keyboard, power or network cable........
I've dug in my bits box at home and have all the bits to get me started but only a short network cable.
I do have a 10 meter crossover cable though...
the main swith box is in my office so i only need a patch from my puter to the switch. Will the crossover work?
I've no idea what the switch is or anything about it.
