Quick wow question

You never get a reply on the wow forums, so I'll ask here.

I'm moving a char using the PCT from Twilight's Hammer to Neptulon. Now a mate is paying for it with his visa until i get some money (delayed loan). I've had two e-mails and one is asking me to finalise everything and complete the transfer. When I do this (and select his card details) it asks for a verification number. When he enters the 3digit code on the back, that doesn't work and they haven't sent me a number in the e-mail. He paid by visa. Has anyone got any ideas?

It might not be a problem with the number, maybe because the cards registered address, doesn't match your address?
 
It doesn't need to. He has done it as though it was a sep payment..

Edit: He said he didn't put an address in...hmm which is weird.
