Quick Xbox360 Collection Question.

My Xbox360 has bit the dust with the 3ROL. Now ive been sent a postage label and on the email it has a link for places to drop it off, now on the phone yesterday i could have sworn he said UPS would pick it up.

Been on support to ask for twenty minutes but got fed up and thought i would ask here instead.

yer ups will pick it up, on the shipping label, there should be a customer service number, phone that and go through the automated call, enter the details it asks then its sorted.

edit: its in the smallest font size ever on the back of the label.

Good luck mate! Xbox customer service is the worst I've ever experienced took me three phone calls to actually get anywhere with them arranging a pick up of my busted xbox. So i went without gaming for a month!! :mad:

I've always found the customer support to be pretty top notch so far!

Only sent 1 360 back in Dec 2005 and it was dead fast back then.

I hate to sound like the typical complaining customer, but i can vouch for the fact that xbox customer support is some of the worst around. I made a thread recently regarding my experience with them after my profile and saves became corrupted. All in all thought their total lack of knowledge of the xbox 360 was shocking to say the least, imo. If your particularly bored, have a nosey.

Weird i always found it to be very good when i returned 2 of the old xboxs.
Once it took 3 weeks and they offered me a free game

well i think "returning a console" can be followed directly from the "big book of xbox 360 customer support 101". I have found any queries that stray away from your bog standard issues are not resolved. You can tell aswell as they suggest stupid reasons for your problem. E.g. my corrupted profile - "have you noticed a power recently siR?".
