Quickcam Fusion issues

Righty o lads, here's my issue, wanted to use my webcam which I've have for a while, so downloaded the software and drivers for my Quickcam Fusion web camera, installed fine blah, after restart, plugged in the cam, started the Logitech application and now it says the following message:

This is the only web cam I have and never installed any others, this is the time time I tried after searching through the Logitech forums, no luck there so I'm hoping here would..

Window 7 7100 64 just incase

Try reinstalling drivers? Make sure programs like msn are closed down.

Weird, maybe try on another pc to rule out it being an issue with the camera.
