Quickest way to clone an SSD?

Currently have Windows 8.1 installed in UEFI mode on my SSD and I wish to clone this onto my new SSD.

Anyone have experience doing so? I know about this topic but was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions?

use samsungs data migration tool if your cloning to a Samsung ssd

don't know any other software unless you want to pay for it
