Quickest way to test stability in memtest86?

Is there a particular test or tests which show(s) instability most quickly in memtest86+ (v4.2)?

I've never had any issues picking a test at random, it usually errors pretty quick if there are any.

I usually use test 5, dont know the reason but a friend of mine told me it was the one to use, his knowledge is greater than mine, always seems to work.
