I want to upload some pics to my site but in it's own folder which is seperate from the main site.

So i'll have www.mywebspace.com/tempfolder

I want to be able to view the root of this folder as it contains photos and would rather click on that than change the url to 01.jpg, 02.jpg etc.

Anyone know?

Cheers.

Any file that you upload to that folder will be www.mywebspace.com/tempfolder/01.jp or whatever so if you just put in www.mywebspace.com/tempfolder you should be able to view the root. I have probably worded that horribly so I will give you an example.

When I go to view my own site I get:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /karting/ on this server.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at www.prtphotography.com Port 80

Create a file, call it '.htaccess', inaside the file, type 'options +indexes' save the file, upload the file. See if that does it. :)

Edit: Bah, beaten. That sucks. :(
