Quiet gaming mouse?

Anyone had much liking finding a gaming mouse with a palm grip that has a relatively quiet 'click'? It doesn't seem to be something that these mice consider, or maybe it's a limitation of the technology that gaming mice require for responsiveness, longevity etc.
