Quiet NAS for 4k

Hi all,

I am thinking of getting a NAS which will be in the sitting room - so quiet is very important.

I am looking at storing 4k/1080p movies on it and downloading torrents on it. I don't think I need transcoding as my LG B7 OLED TV does that already.

I wont be using it 24/7 so hopefully it will auto-sleep? Is this possible?
I think it would use DLNA networking to share media?

Any ideas what to get?

Cheers Cyber - but according to bledd having hard drives in my sitting room (which is quiet if the telly isn't on) would be not acceptable :/ I wanted the NAS next to the router which is in the sitting room..... Is there a way to quieten these things down?

The router is in the corner of the sitting room next to the sofa.... was thinking I could stick it in a small cupboard in the corner - or would that make it too hot as it needs ventilation?
