quiet please

hi guys, i recently installed watercooling and well WOW i can hear my harddrives! they are rather loud when seeking and am wondering what is the cheapest way to make them quiet. I was hoping not to have to buy anything. they are currently in a coolermaster 4 in 3 device and i have 3 HDDs, they are fairly old.

Probably the cheapest *** is to suspend them from bungee cord;

Although if the drives are loud, its not going to help that much. Another option wouls be to buy Silentmaxx enclosures.
