Quiet PSU + HSF

Guys,

For my HTPC im looking for a quiet psu and heatsink fan.

Both must be reasonably priced, will spend 50 on psu and 25 on hsf.

Preferably a psu with a 12cm fan for silent cooling and the hsf must fit a standard p4 2.53.

case is going to be a silvertek lc17

motherboard is an abit it7 max2 rev1

Basically a normal case on it's side, a freezer 4 should fit and they are only about £12

how quiet is the freezer 4?

looks like my mobo is not supported by speedfan, where can i pick up one of these 7v adapters?
