Quiet PSU.

Had a quick search but couldn't find owt.

Basically my FSP 700watt has served me well but it's a bit noisy for my liking and wouldn't mind having the piece of mind of a new more efficient PSU.

What is the quietest PSU. I'm aware the corsair 520watt is considered quiet. Is it? Or is it just its owners being elitist? Reason I ask is £70 is a bit more than I want to be spending since I do have a fully working PSU.

I have the StealthXstream from OCZ which is aptly named.
I build with these daily and they are indeed quiet and very reliable.

My HX 520 is silent, well I can't hear it over my HDD's and TT.

Had a poke around. FSP is fine, its the bloody X1950 making all the noise.

I have a Corsair HX 620W and its quite. HD is louder although its maybe because of the postioning of the HD and PSU in my Antec p180 case. As with the x1950 buy one of those Arctic Cooling Accelero X. They are simply the best coolers for the 1900/1800 series, my 1800xt was incredibly noisy but after buying one of those Arctic Cooling Accelero's it was absolutly noiseless and it cooled the card better. Would definitly recommend.
