I bought a Cooler Master for me old rig which is not that old but the fans runs all the time and is noisy so looking for a replacement

I would like suggestions as to what power to go for and a recommendation as to which supply however I seem to see the name Super Flower Leadex mentioned.

The rig, so you have an idea what its powering:
Gigabyte X99 Micro Atx in a Corsair 240 cube case
Intel i7-5829 clocked at 4000mhz
32 GB DDR4 ram 4x8 modules
Gforce 960 mildly clocked
3 x ssd amd 1 x HHD
3 x 120mm fans
No CD/DVD or floppy
about 3 USB devices

Superflower do make good PSUs. The Leadex is a fully modular PSU, but the modular connectors are backlit as per the product picture:

If you don't mind the LEDs (it puts some people off), then go for it, as it's a great PSU. The EVGA Supernova G2 series are basically the Leadex PSUs without the LEDs.

You only need a good 550W PSU for that setup, so the Leadex 550W would be a good choice. The Leadex also has an Eco-mode switch which means that the fan will only come on once the PSU has reached a certain temperature.

If a non-modular PSU would be OK, then the Antec TruePower Classic would be a good choice:

Silverstone do two fanless PSUs at 460W and 520W. I have the Silverpower version of the 460W and it's wonderful. If you need more power, the Leadex 850W stops the fan at low power consumption.

There are some semi-passive power supplies available, only switch on the fan when above a certain load.
