Can anyone recommend me a good 7600GT card - not too fussed about £10 either way, I just want the one with the quietest heatsink/fan combo that still works. Maybe rephrase the question to simply, which is the quietest 7600GT available?

If you can find a passively cooled one, that should do you.
The Asus EN7600GT Silent has rotating heatsink fins that are on top of the card & allow it to fit in various installations including small HTPC.
There is also the Gainward Bliss GeForce 7600GT Golden Sample SilentFX Passive card.
The Gigabyte 7600GT, GV-NX76T256D-RH graphics card is also passively cooled.
There may be others.

I'm a bit wary of passive designs on cards of that calibre, especially as the 7600GS passive cards run fairly hot, a higher clocked GT can only be hotter, although some of the passive designs can be good enough. If you're upto swapping the heatsink yourself, an alternative might be to get a standard 7600GT and put a Zalman VGA cooler on it.
