Quince Jam

So ive just been out to the garden to pick our quinces, we dont usually do anythign with them I figured that was a bit of a waste so ive picked them all (and scratched my arms the hell!). Ive done the usual google searches for recipes, just wandering if anyone on here has ever made their own quince jam and what recipies did you use?

Apart form mine a fair bit smaller than those, ours are about up to 2 inch in diameter.

Send the he whole bag of quinces? They are quite an acidicy thing, well tangy anyway.
