Quite a weird one but can you change your attitude?

I have to watch my diet / stress levels a lot because I can change from being a lovely empathetic person one minute to a complete miserable grumpy arse the next, lack of sleep, to much training, needing a holiday / break.

Also try not to be too hard on yourself, maybe a lot of your ex-friends deserved the heave-ho and your better off without them.

Find a new mindset and make a fresh start, address the fundamental issues in your life that are making you miserable, and look for people in your life who make you happy. Good Luck!

Hehe well I think a lot of people are what you would no doubt call 'fake' more often than they would care to admit. I'm sure we all have to hide what we really think about something or someone from time to time. I know I do, If I went around speaking my totally uncensored mind all the time I can only imagine the trouble I'd end up getting myself into.

Sometimes you just have to grit your teeth, crack a smile and get on with it.

I am in no way saying this is the answer to your issues, I don't want to get into that, I am simply commenting on this one comment you made about feeling like your are being 'fake'. Which I think is fairly common among young people, especially when the notion of 'being yourself' gets hammered home all the time. But honestly, it's not always a good idea as everyone has a less than nice side I'm sure.
