I kept thinking there was only one more guess for word 4 so put in the next letter (letter 4 was missing) turns out there are lots of options! :D

Yeah sometimes if you don't spot that, you just get sucked into burning guesses. I've found myself in same situation a few times and it's usually too late to recover.

Yeah once committed, it was done!
Also. Sometimes I pick the letter and for some reason I don't see a word. Like that example. The correct letter, when I put it in I didn't see it as a word. Even though (obviously) I know it's a word, the definition and how to spell it.

Its difficult to explain!

Doing it at 1am probably didn't help!

I absolutely stole a 7 today. Pure daylight robbery with a 50/50 on bottom right, followed by loads of combinations remaining for top left :D

Total braincell malfunction today. Made repeated wrong guesses before realising I'd been excluding a letter that was actually yellow in one of my starters :o
