One thing I have just discovered is that I made a mistake fitting a new rear 120mm fan installing it the wrong way round so sucking air in rather than as an extractor. So my system temperature was actually hotter than it could have been, because I have fans in the front sucking in air I seem generated no way for the air to flow through the case except out through the freezone cooler.
I was getting initially a system temperature of 45c the yesterday I fitted two Icy Dock four drive units and added a further two 500 Gig drive so fully populating the Icy docks with eight drives, the system temp the rose to 55c and still the CPU temp never changed.
After turning the rear fan round to work as an extrator my system temp is now running at 36c. Just for extra cooling as well I am now fitting a coolermaster crossflow fan which I have to modify as the Stacker 810 that I am have is the later version which wasnt designed for the crossflow so I am mounting it inside the side panel.
I still am amazed but the Freezone and I highly recommend it although the £190 price tag is a but much I think its worth it.
