Gutted about this news, Never got to see him live with The Prodigy and missed out on the Plymouth gig as no one i knew wanted to go

i was even saying to my cousin on Friday night at skittles how can he still be going after all these years as The Fire Starter was on the juke box.

Yeah, as a kid of the 90's their music was insane when it came out, going to have to play some Wipeout 2097 now as well as listen to some Prodigy.

Really shocked by this. I imagine for many of us tracks like Breathe and Firestarter opened our eyes towards more aggressive music.

Very sad

The Prodigy are one of the few bands I still listen to from when I started listening to music in my early teens. Missed out on the last tour and was hoping to see them again.

Absolutely gutting and shocking news!

Was lucky enough to see them here in Bournemouth in 2015. Such energy, such a presence, such a character.

Sound of a generation is an understatement, and what they did for the electronic music scene is huge.

Damn, absolutely gutted! Glad I saw them again a few months ago now. Despite their newer albums not being as good as the older ones, they were always fantastic live. The Warriors Dance Festival in 2010 was probably one of my best nights!
