So OCUK pre-programmed the mug to suicide on the kitchen floor when they brought out a newer modelthis is typical of modern products these days, honestly, they're all up to it.
wether it be lack of updates, replacement parts or just plain shoddy workmanship in this case it's plain these companies are getting greedy.
they build these things for a tiny cost, sell them for maximum profit and make sure it only just lasts until the new version comes out and they can get you to buy the newest one.
honestly, tell me why no set of earphones lasts longer than 2 years hmm? good ones too not £5 ones off amazon. i'll tell you why it's because after 2 years they want me to buy a new set.
i'd expect this kind of tactic from microsoft or apple, but i'm really saddened to see ocuk getting in on this "preplanned obsolescence" cabal, really had hopes they had higher standards than that but i guess i was wrong![]()
This guy gets itdoors in ?

Hey OP I dare you, but make sure & post grabs of the back & forth between you & OCUKYou should raise an RMA request with the shop. Clearly it was faulty![]()

Why would they ban a Dad's Army mug at work. Where do you work, North Korea? That is practically a human rights abuse, make a formal complaint. Use the word 'triggered' a lotI broke my OcUk mug last week.. I feel your pain.. and my Dads Army mug has been banned from work![]()

I'd up the anti & take in a Help For Heroes mug. If they try to ban it casually mention 'The Sun' newspaper is very supportive of 'Help For Heroes'SJWs/********** in the work place I guess. I wouldn't care and take it in anyway
What are they going to do? Sack you over a mug?

They object to commemorating the men who saved us from that Austrian bloke interesting.German bank with no sense of humour.. They've been harking on about it for ages.. Yet strangely, this week it disappeared..
Oh subtle well in that caseSomething more subtle:

Why are we not allowed to link to an image when there is an image link function in the reply box? And I have no idea what hotlink means
