r9 290x low perfom when first startup my system with 14.1 driver

Hello everyone,
Every time when I first startup my system, every 3d application or games runs slowly. So my only way to solve it is to reboot and everthing becomes normal.
Does anyone know a way to solve the problem without reinstalling the old drivers 13.12?

My config:
i7 4770k
msi z87 gd65 gaming
Cooler master silent pro 850w
Sapphire r9 290x tri-x oc @1150core -1500 vram - catalyst 14.1
2x ssd samsung 840 pro 256
Creative x-fi Titanium
Windows 8.1 64 bit

I have the same problem..... so I put the 13.12's and all is working fine.

I've had this problem with every driver since I bought my 2 x 290s at launch

Nowadays, as a habit, I just reboot my PC when it boots in Windows after turning it on.

Do you mean that it is not a driver problem but hardware fault?
