Club 3D Launches Radeon R9 290 Series royalAce Graphics Cards

Club 3D launched a pair of top-spec factory-overclocked Radeon R9 290X and R9 290 graphics cards branded "royalAce," part of its Poker series. Based on a TUL-made custom-design PCB, the two feature a meaty new triple-slot and triple-fan cooling solution that doesn't look too different from that of the PowerColor R9 290X PCS+, under the hood (shroud). The R9 290X royalAce offers GPU clocks as high as 1050 MHz, and memory clocks of 5.40 GHz; while the R9 290 royalAce offers 1040 MHz GPU clocks, with 5.40 GHz memory clocks. The company didn't announce pricing.

Its PEBAC, BF4 DX performance on 14.2 is better than 13.12 / 13.11. they have it at 20% less. Its not just me saying that, other reviews show this.

They probably didn't unistall the previous drivers. idiots. :p either that or the 290X is 25 / 30% faster than the 780TI on 13.11. So which is it? :D

DX On 14.1/2

Whatever the reason it is a pretty rubbish review.

Unfortunately due the fact this is the 290X thread, I have to link it in the OP along with all the other reviews.

EK Introduces ASUS R9 290(X) DirectCU II Water Block

EK Water Blocks, Ljubljana-based premium water cooling gear manufacturer, is proud to introduce the full-cover water cooling solution for the ASUS engineered Direct CU II series AMD Radeon R9 290X graphics card.

EK-FC R9-290X DCII water block directly cools the GPU, RAM as well as VRM (voltage regulation module) as water flows directly over these critical areas thus allowing the graphics card and its VRM to remain stable under high overclocks.

Base is made of nickel-plated electrolytic copper - depending on the variant) while the top is made of quality cast acrylic material or POM Acetal (depending on the variant). Screw-in brass standoffs are pre-installed and allow for safe installation procedure. The cooling engine uses refined, 0.6 mm wide microchannel structure to even further improve the heat transfer while not sacrificing the famous low hydraulic restriction design.

Up to four EK-FC R9-290X DCII series water blocks can be interconnected using various methods (EK-FC Terminal, EK-HD Tube & Adapter System or EK-FC Bridge CSQ - depending on the water block variant) which allows for hassle-free piping job. The product is available in a three variants, an aesthetic retention backplate is also available:

I figured overclocking issues were the same for everyone? Crashes, garbled screen etc, I thought I'd be adding too much to an already long post by including what was already known.

You need to be a little more specific about what you are asking.

For example it is hard to check you 3dmark11 score without you posting the link and also stating what CPU and clockspeed you were using.:)
