Is there a map editor for Red Alert 2 out there?

Getting back into it and want to make some cool skirmish maps

I do believe there is one called final alert 2, look it up. Google or something. Couldn't tell you if it's good or not though.

Final alert as above.

I havent used in ages but i remember it being terribly simple and easy to make standard multiplayer maps. Dont ever place the experamental prism tower on any map, it will kill anything that goes near it.

90% sure you have to extract it to the main RA2 dir

it'll make sense if you open it and compare the files
