I have a AMD Dual Core 5000+ and an 8800gt graphics card and at 1440*900 with all details maxed out it runs at about 50fps

What's the release date for this?

I'm gutted the demo doesn't have any night time races, but I really like it.. it's nice and arcadey :)

Ive got the same except Vista Premium instead with an 8800GT, maxed out at 1920x1200, 60 FPS always smooth :).

Same here. So I keep getting told that I've made a new personal best lap time.

EDIT: 1:22.19 on the BMW race...is there any way to race that without other cars, as a time trial?

After hearing good things about this demo i decided to give it a go.

And i get a load of graphical bugs similar to whats seen in this video, which is really disappointing. Has anyone else had these peoblems or know how to fix it?
 
Just had a quick game again on the Single Player Mustang race, as for some reason the game wouldnt let me press enter to accept to race online, very annoying.

All was fine until just as i crossed the line to finish the race in 1st and it quitted to the desktop, lol. Oh well, hopefully these will only be small bugs to iron out and the game wont suffer as a result.
 
Just had a go and i can run it smooth (didnt check exact fps) with 1024x res and medium details with 4x aa, played well and looked nice, what more can you ask really. ;)

I could play with 1280x res but i prefer a bit more speed than pixels. So think ill stick with the 1024 res.

yeah i get the same as that but worse, things actually pops up in the middle of the track aswell for me!! :mad: posted a few pages back about it but no one knows a solution or cares :p

just noticed you using a x1900pro, im using an x1950xtx. Anyone else using a x19xx series card with or without the issues shown above?

demo works fine and looks nice but I have found the handling really difficult with keyboard - what settings should I have?
 
I've tryed changing the settings, reinstalling it and re downloading the demo from another source but to no avail :(

I hope someone knows how to fix this, as im itching to play it

My mate is using x1800gto and he has the same problems.
