Anyone else preordered this?
Out at end of May apparently.

I loved the older TOCA series, so I'm hoping this is gonna be good.

Not Pre-ordered, but very excited about it. There are a few videos out for it.

It looks very good, and if the handling system is done well, it could be SUPERB. Bit surprised about the lack of hype and advertisement for it though....

yeah, I think GTA is taking all the hype tho, so not overly surprising.

Only seen prerendered videos so far, so want to see some gameplay vids.

Have you seen those video developer videos? I'm pretty sure there was some gameplay footage there, especially when some of the cars were damaged.

It does look good, but so did NFS Pro-street.. I think I'll wait for reviews before considering this one.. it looks too big a departure from the TOCA/Race Driver series for me to pre-order..

Race 07 has overtook the Race Driver/TOCA series as far as im concerned.

That's my thoughts. NFS: Pro Street looked visually excellent, it just failed to deliver with the handling and gameplay. Hopefully they will move towards the older, more favoured style for the next one.

I am excited about Grid regardless and can't wait to see more info about it and play it.

Really looking forward to this game, looks really nice from all th videos i've seen

Looks like a more arcadey racer which i prefer over the serious racers like gt.

Good point that i was looking forward to pro street but after playing the demo i was disappointed , think i will wait for some user feedback .

If the driving is like DiRT with tweaks and improvements of course a couple with the different cars and racing events oh yea and the (what looks like so far) awesome damage system there is a receipe for a really great game.

Especially for those racing gamers like myself that prefer racing games that are not pure sim eg. GT 5 + forza
