nice, dont see many of these builds. although i suppose you cant really mod it :p

same question as Teaboy, whats the intended use?

P6T7 because we've built an identical server before with this board and it is nice and stable with 24gigs. Didn't want to take a risk with some other board. It also has a SAS controller that may come in handy at a later date.

It will be a VM host running Hyper-V.

The AMD mobo came with the chassis. It is a dual socket Opteron board made by Tyan. Very expensive in their day. We've no use for it, so will be sticking it on the bay.

:)

Nice one mate, :) Think that will look nice in your racks :D maybe one day they will send me up there to see it

Looking good :D. I have something similar for my home server but not quite so fancy, just running an atom cpu lol.
