Rad failed after 5-6 months where to return?

Hi i bought the EK watercooling kit for £130 it includes everything, just being used for CPU cooling.
Well today i was swapping over PC cases and when i unscrewed one of the top screws from the rad i could see it was staring to leak
So i was wondering who do i return the rad to? also can i send back just the rad? i ahve had to go back to my fan coller.

what do you mean to far its supposed to go right through with the fan on the otherside?
UIf it is the case i will buy another rad i think they are around £25.
