Nothing, but you have a space after w a t, then you have the ch, and w a t is text speak for what which is filtered.

EDIT: To the OP if you have indeed done a fresh install and all drivers are loaded and the latest version, and it still feels slow or hesitates, I haven't a clue, especially after looking at your spec.
