Motherboard Chipset: Just your northbridge, or North & South ? Never seen anyone actually w/c a southbridge, but I have seen some pretty crazy setups.

I don't think you'll have many problems with a 120.1 rad, but then, I'm no where near the most experienced person with W/C.

I don't know whether it is a northbridge or not on the amd NF4 boards. We'll just say the hot one with the fan.

Personally I'd go for a 120.2 if you have the space. The x1900s run hot, when I used a 120.1 BIX with just the graphics on it, it would struggle sometimes with lots of volts and high clocks. Also, if you're planning on going Conroe, the cooler you can keep your chipset the more fsb you will gain.
