In my Brain...
This might sound like an insane question but Is it possible you use a peltier on a Radiator or is that just silly :P

You can use a radiator on a peltior... not sure about the other way around as you will need something to cool the peltier.

Mount the peltier on the cpu and the WC block on the peltier to cool the hot side, generally how they work :) But then you'll need foam and grease to protect the components from condensation and a psu up to the job of powering the pelt and the other components.

so not really worth it i just had the idea of mounting a peltier on a radiator to chill the water nm :P

No, unfortunately not - if you want chilled water you will need a dedicated chiller unit that will replace your radiator (actually very cheap - got mine for about £50 (less than a decent radiator  ) and it was good for -2c with about 200W load.

I haven't used my chiller in a while as the system requires a LOT of lagging to stop condensation - every tube has to be covered as the whole rig is below 0C (anything below ambient will cause some condensation and the lower you go, the worse it gets.) Just using the Pelt as it's meant is MUCH easier as you only have to insulate the block - many of which come with pre-cut gaskets (foam/neopreme etc...) Still use one on my GFX card and it's been flawless.

For my CPU though I can't be bothered anymore - will simply buy a Titan Amanda when I get around to it :D
