Radio 1 Top 20 Dance Anthems

On radio 1 now, counting down the top 20 dance tunes ever.

Currently up to about 15, any guesses for what will be at number 1?

My guess would be Cafe Del Mar.

not listening but these are the tunes i would expect to be in there:

gouryella - gouryella
binary finary - 1998
energy 52 - cafe del mar (3n1)
tiesto - adagio for strings
system f - out of the blue
veracocha - carte blance

just heard "put your hands up for detroit" is in there...

Out of the Blue is on now, about 7 or 8. Should be higher imo.

There's a lot of commercial stuff in there, so I wouldn't hold much hope for some of those tunes.

Would agree with your list except maybe gouryella and out of the blue. I like them but best ever?

Would expect Silence to be in there though.

That shouldn't get anywhere near a top 20, even though I do think it's alright.

out of the blue is one hell of a tune - easily in the top 10, and gouryella is well worthy of top 20 i reckon, i was dancing like a mad man to it at crasher the other week

i'd want kuffdam + plant - summerdream (stoneface &t erminal mix) to be in there, but thats more than wishful thinking

There is no need to butcher these classic, perfect tunes by speeding them up, Dave.

Edit: He does have a tight schedule to work to though, but he could actually save time by MIXING the tunes, rather than hitting the "DAVE PEARCE" button and swapping tracks quietly.
