I personally think this is some sort of internal pet project by someone. It has networking modules etc.

Needless to say if that is true he might be clearing his desk soon for shaming the name.

P.s. The download is taking ages. 316MB so far and still going strong. I'll keep it in the event it goes down and they close the hole, then send to bbc etc to backup your report.

It has some sort of internal social network built into it for employees by the looks of it. Could be a little project someone is working on for internal use.
