RAID 0 and CMOS reset

I was just wondering if I reset the CMOS (taking out battery etc) if the RAID setup will stay intact? Or if I'll have to do something in order to stop it from going down?

what motherboard is it?, mine stays intact on my gigabyte P35-DS4 althogh you do have to recongigure the bios to enable raid then restart let the system try to boot then restart and go into the bios and re-select your raid array as the first boot drive

It's a GA-P35C-DS3R.

No problem, even Flashing your Mobo to a new Bios that can Contain a newer SATA Bios will no affect your Raid (I was worried when I had my NF2 for same reason).
