Hi,
Thinking about buying a second Samsung F1 spinpoint to configure a raid 0 array.
However the first f1 I bought more than 6 months ago, it's a revision A model and the firmware version according to HD Tune is 1AC01113. I'm assuming if a buy a second drive it's likely to be a newer revision and be using a newer firmware.
Is this likely to cause any issues when raiding the 2 drives that are different revisions and/or firmware versions?
If so it possible to flash the firmware on the F1 spinpoints so that both drives are on the same version?
Thanks,
