Raid 0 and partining

Is this possible?

I am thinking of also havign dual boot (XP and vista) although, just I havnt really liked Vista the times Ive used it.

Any ideas how big each section should be etc?

HDD size, until I know that go for 50/50.

I used to put aside 30GB for Beta Testing Longhorn/Vista but that was obv without all the installed stuff now I use on Final.

it would be 2x500gb

take it for stuff like music, pics etc i would need to install it twice?
or would a 3rd hard-drive be ok with that?

Sure, you can have Partitioned Raid0 and still AXX a 3rd HDD for Media.

gah my own misstyping of partitioning is annoying me......

yah, well hopefully getting the rig off a freind, and he has 2tb in there at the moment.
So was gonna go for a raid0, 500gb by itself then a 500gb external one and buy a case for it.

So yeah looking for best ideas how to set it all up.
I was thinking something like (if possible)
raid0
then partitioned to something like
200gb for XP
200gb for Vista

then the 600gb for shared stuff over the two OS's (can that be done?)

in all honesty dont know when I will ever fill all that space up.
