Raid 0 Cheep + cheerful

Looking for either 2x320gb or 2x640gb drives.

My main concerns are speed, and then price, this will mainly be for OS and programs/games installs. All my important stuff is on a 1tb drive which gets backed up.

Under £100 budget please.

*edit my motherboard can raid them so no need for seprate card for this.*

3x 320Gb Samsung F1s are around £100

Only got 2 slots on my motherboard raid, and F1 320's seem a bit overpriced compared to the 640gb versions

Dont really need the extra space, but would spend an extra £5-£10 to double the size of the drive without a second thought.

that's what i'd do... don't be lazy with backing up though
