Raid 0 / Cloning HDD

Quick newbie question.

Can I clone my single HDD OS install to 2 SSD's in Raid 0 or will the file system be all messed up.

Really don't want to start a fresh install.

You can yes. I've used Acronis to do this before.

Multiple drives in RAID0 will just act like a single drive. So there should be no issues

What you can't do is add a second drive to an existing one to create RAID0 without losing the data on the original drive.
