RAID 0 completely identical drives???

please someone with knowledge be up as im waitng for an ebay auction at 8!

basically i have a maxtor sata 80 gig 8MB buffer hdd and am looking at buying a new one and found some on ebay.

My maxtor is diamondmax 10 but the ones im looking at are diamondmax 9, but have all the same specs apart from this?

will they still work effectively in raid 0?

thanks mate, theres a later auction with the identical hdd in terms of model etc so il go for that
