I did a new build recently around a gigabyte GA-MA790XT am3 motherboard. I had a samsung hard disc which I decided to use for backup & get 2 smaller drives in raid 0. Got a couple of WD caviar blue 250gb drives from oc & set up raid 0 running windows 7. Everything going great except I cant really see any difference except that the windows performance index is exactly the same as before and it now takes at least twice as long to boot into windows than it did with the single drive. Wasnt expecting a huge difference but didnt expect it to be slower than a single drive. Could I have done something wrong in setup? Thanks for any advice.
