RAID 0 setup dead - New reliable drives?

Hey all.

My HDDs are very much dead it seems. They're making a sound not unlike a marble being dropped on a glass table, so I could do with some new ones.

A RAID0 setup totalling more than 500GB would be dandy. Cash is a bit of an issue, but I'd rather pay the extra for something that is going to be theoretically more reliable. The old drives were 250gb SATA2 Barracudas.

Any ideas?

A couple of wd re3's would be a good choice, 5 year warranty and designed for raid

Would give you over 500gb, the 250gb versions are faster as they are short stroked but only 1 in stock at the mo.
