I'm about to set up a RAID 0 array on a pair of WD Velociraptors (160GB). I'm just wondering what the recommended block size is for a gaming/development machine. Dev environment will be Visual Studio 2010 (I/O intensive, usually small files, etc.). I'll be installing Win 7 x64 on it.
