Don't quite understand, are you wanting to move the RAID 0 installation to a single SSD? If you're asking what i'd choose, i'd choose the single SSD as a boot drive (faster, likely more reliable in regards to consistency of RAID 0 arrays) and if data is important to you i'd RAID1 the raptors.
