Hi

my Hard drive is set to raid 0.

If I leave the bois setting intact and dont change anything can I change the order of my sata cables on the mobo for better airflow or with this mess up my raid configuration?

it should be fine if you turn it off and do it since it will pick up the drives again after rebooting, not 100% sure though.

It's fine as long as you stay within the same controller.

So if your HDD's are connected to the Intel SATA ports they need to stay on Intel SATA ports.

Depends on the controller, but generally you should be OK.
