Hi,
I've installed Vista on a semi-old pc and setup with the RAID BIOS the 2 identical drives as RAID 1. The raid bios reports the the 2 drives as Source and Mirror. The motherboard is an ASUS KV8 SE and the RAID config is the VIA VT8237.
Vista (Home premium 32bit) installed without issue and it sees the c: drive as 114GB (size of a single drive). However in computer management, it looks like this:
Is this what you'd expect to see for the second drive where it is reported as unallocated and there is no indication that the drives are in a RAID config at all? Is there anyway to tell if the drive is backing up the other at all?
Thanks for you help.
