Raid 1 with different sized drives?

Is this possible?

I have a 320 GB and a 200 GB

Not bothered about waisting 120GB if I have to.

Yes it should work ok.

Would be better if drives had similar specs ie speed etc

Just seems a shame to waste old-ish hdd's when I could put them to use.

With a decent RAID card, Windows dynamic disks (software RAID), or Linux software RAID, the 120GB slack wouldn't get wasted.
