Raid 5 disk suggestion

Setting up a RAID 5 array across 3 disks, I want it quick and over 1TB what disks would you suggest

would avoid seagate at the moment theyve had so many problems if you read into this forum a bit. I would go for samsungs in as large a size as you can afford.

The Cavier blacks are decent drives with a 5year warranty. Either 3x 1TB or 4 x 640GB will cost about the same. An extra spindle should be faster depending on the controller.

3 x Hitachi Deskstar 7K1000.B 1TB .....have been reviewed well.
