Looks like my mobo is dead, so gotta put a new mobo in.

Gonna loose the RAID0 with OS, but what about the RAID5. Thats got all the important stuff on. Have I lost it forever, or will the info just be on both hard drives seperatley when I get back into windows?

Same as the RAID 0. You'll lose it unless you can find the same model of RAID controller to plug your drives in, and hope it just 'works'.. or you can download/buy a raid5 recovery program, here for example.

Hopefully but not necessarily. Even with the same version of RAID controller it's not a guarantee, but more likely. It might be worth considering a dedicated RAID card.. handy for not only motherboard failures, but for hassle-free system upgrades, and you can pick one up for less than £100.. worth it to avoid the hassle of recovering your data, IMO!
Hindsight is a wonderful thing :p
